Wedding Day Planning Packages*

 

 

“Kick-off” Package: $200:

 

This 1.5-2  hour “kick off” can help you get an idea of how YOU can go about planning your wedding! 

  • Venue/date review
  • Vendor Review (Caterer, music, floral, photo, etc)
  • Theme and Décor ideas
  • Discussion of every detail leading up to your wedding, through your "I do's" and beyond!
  • .…and receive our helpful “Blue Folder!”

 

“Day Of” Planner Packages:

 

$1750* - This essential package includes:

  • Everything in the “Kick-off Package”
  • K&Co will swoop back in about a month before to coordinate with all vendors you have chosen, schedule and meet deliveries, create signs, favors, seating charts and welcome bags, tie up last minute details, loose ends and tasks.
  • 2 additional in-person meetings
  • Attendance at the rehearsal
  • Complete wedding day involvement from transporting décor, set up and break down.  A member of our team will be involved in every aspect of pre-ceremony details, and another at the venue, ensuring everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

 

*any additional tasks can be charged at $50 per hour.   

 

The “In Between” Package:  $2500 (+5pp over 125 guests)

 

  • Have you already booked all of your vendors?  This includes everything in the Full-Service Planner Package below, but connecting with vendors only after you have researched and hired them on your own.

 

Full-Service Planner Package:  $3000 (+$5pp over 125 guests)

 

This extensive package includes:

  • Everything in the “Kick-off Package”
  • Complete researching and booking of all vendors upon your approval
  • Unlimited phone/email communication
  • Lodging/dining arrangements for out of town guests
  • Large multi-vendor presentation of food tasting, cake tasting, floral samples, etc to finalize vendor choices, which K&Co will be responsible for researching and ultimately booking.
  • Unlimited face-to-face planning meetings when desired
  • Unlimited hours of shopping, assembling and creating whatever needs to be done, i.e. invitations, welcome packages, signs, printing, etc.
  • Complete wedding day involvement from set up to break down.  A member of our team will be involved in every aspect of bridal readying and another at the venue ensuring everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

Please note: There will be a 20% service charge for any minor catering taken on by Karen & Company on the value of the food that is prepared by K&Co or ingestible items purchased.

 

Event Planning Packages*

  

 “Kick-off” Package: $150:

 
This 1.5 hour “kick off” will help you put all of your thoughts on paper in an organized manor, and help you think of details you may not have.  

  • Venue/date review
  • Vendor Review (Caterer, music, floral, photo, etc)
  • Theme and Décor ideas
  • Discussion of every detail leading up to your event!
  • ….and receive our helpful “Blue Folder,” with timelines, tips and more!

$1250 - This essential package includes:

  • Everything in the “Kick-off” Package
  • K&Co will swoop back in a month before to coordinate all vendors, make floorpans and timelines, schedule and meet deliveries, tie up last minute details, loose ends and tasks.
  • 2 additional in-person meetings
  • I, Karen, will be at the venue and completely involved on the event day - from transporting all décor, greeting vendors, setting up and breaking down - ensuring everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

  • I, Karen, will be at the venue and completely involved on the event day - from transporting all décor, greeting vendors, setting up and breaking down - ensuring everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

 

Please note: There will be a 20% service charge for any minor catering taken on by Karen & Company on the value of food prepared by K&Co or ingestible items purchased.

Small Party Package - 50 guests or less

$750* 

  • Everything included in the "Kick Off Package"
  • Comparison and contraction of all rental needs
  • Handling of all décor needs including floral and lighting if applicable
  • Detailed communication and handling of caterer
  • All extra shopping needs including beverages, ice, alcohol, supplemental food, etc.
  • Complete use of any of K&Co’s party equipment and rentals free of charge (Farm Table $100 delivery fee if desired)
  • Complete delivery, set up, constant surveillance of needs during event and complete breakdown and cleaning up.  You will not need to lift a finger!

*Any costs K&Co expends to fulfill services will be deferred to the host in addition to the planning cost.
